Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit or exchanged for another size or item. Email info@hollowtips.com with your order number to start a return.
Defects and wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount, including shipping.
Final sale
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns that are not our error.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds and store credit are issued within 5 business days.
